Orders will always be packed and sent either the same day, or the next working day if the postage window has passed. 

Services

• Next Business Day Delivery: Service available for orders placed Monday - Friday (1 business day)
• Nature First Delivery: This service has the least impact on the environment as it emits 92% less CO2 than Air Delivery (on average for US mainland shipments) (1-5 business days)

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise may be  exchanged or returned for store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date, or may be returned for full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Items not eligible for return or exchange include personalized items, Pre-ordered items, and Made-to-Order items. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition including all original packaging. Any item which has had the original tags removed is no longer covered by any of our protection policies. A refund can only be made in the currency you paid with.
