Delivery

In-stock items will always be packed and sent either the same day business day, or the next business day if the postage processing window has passed. 

Pre-order items will ship within 3-4 weeks of order confirmation, as we produce made-to-order pieces in small batches to meet our precise specifications. Delays may occur due to manufacturing— you will be contacted promptly by email if timelines shift.

Services

• Next Business Day Delivery: Service available for orders placed Monday - Friday (1 business day)
• Nature First Delivery: This service emits 92% less CO2 than Air Delivery (on average for US mainland shipments) (1-5 business days
• Collect In-Person: Contact our client services to arrange a local pick up in Miami.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise may be  exchanged or returned for store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date, or may be returned for full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Items not eligible for return or exchange include personalized items, Pre-ordered items, and Made-to-Order items. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition including all original packaging. Any item which has had the original tags removed is no longer covered by any of our protection policies. A refund can only be made in the currency you paid with.
